1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to services provided by APEX ESERVICES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17284838.
By instructing APEX ESERVICES LTD to provide services, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement has been agreed for a specific engagement.
2. Services provided
APEX ESERVICES LTD provides administrative and business support services to businesses and personal clients. Services may include document preparation, application support, onboarding assistance, data entry, customer service support, form completion support and general back-office administration.
The exact scope of work, fee and expected deliverables will be agreed before work begins.
3. Services not provided
APEX ESERVICES LTD does not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, lending, credit broking, payment services, money remittance, crypto asset services, debt collection or client-money holding services.
APEX ESERVICES LTD does not guarantee that any third-party provider, organisation or authority will approve, accept or process an application, document or request.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and lawful information. APEX ESERVICES LTD may rely on the information you provide when completing agreed service work.
You must not provide false, misleading, forged or unlawful information. APEX ESERVICES LTD may refuse, suspend or stop work if there are concerns about the accuracy, lawfulness or purpose of a request.
5. Fees and payment
Fees will be confirmed before work begins. Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, quote or written service confirmation.
Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable for the agreed service work and not for a guaranteed third-party outcome.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling depends on the service stage. If work has not started, a refund may be available unless a non-refundable assessment, booking or onboarding fee was clearly agreed.
If work has started, APEX ESERVICES LTD may deduct the value of work already completed, administrative costs and any agreed non-refundable fees.
7. Documents and third-party requirements
Where support involves documents, forms or third-party requirements, APEX ESERVICES LTD can help prepare and organise information. The final responsibility for checking accuracy and submitting information remains with the client unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Confidentiality
APEX ESERVICES LTD will treat client information as confidential and will only use it to provide the agreed service, manage the client relationship, meet legal obligations or protect the company’s legitimate interests.
9. Data protection
APEX ESERVICES LTD handles personal information in line with its Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
10. Limitation of liability
APEX ESERVICES LTD will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX ESERVICES LTD will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Refusal of service
APEX ESERVICES LTD may refuse or stop providing services where a request appears unlawful, misleading, outside scope, abusive, high-risk, linked to regulated activity or inconsistent with these terms.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact info@apexeservices.co.uk with your name, contact details, a summary of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. APEX ESERVICES LTD will review the matter and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
